Do you accept returns or offer refunds?+
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, hardware parts and firmware are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
What is a DMA card?+
A DMA (Direct Memory Access) card is a PCIe device that reads memory from a second PC. It is used together with a fuser so both machines can share a single display.
What does a fuser do?+
A fuser merges the video output of two PCs onto one monitor, so you can see both systems on a single screen without a second display.
