Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept KNET, VISA/MasterCard and Apple Pay through our payment provider MyFatoorah as well as USDT and BTC for crypto payments. All available methods are shown at checkout.

Are prices in Kuwaiti Dinar?
Yes. All prices on the store are listed and charged in KWD (د.ك).

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately on Discord or by email and we will help if the order has not been processed yet.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Hardware orders typically arrive in approximately one week. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How do I receive digital products and license keys?
Firmware and license keys are delivered to your account. You can view them any time under My Account → Keys once your order is complete.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Product appearance may vary from the images shown. The specifications listed on each product page are what determine what you receive.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, hardware parts and firmware are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This includes DMA cards, hardware components, and any firmware or digital licenses. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Products & Firmware

What is a DMA card?
A DMA (Direct Memory Access) card is a PCIe device that reads memory from a second PC. It is used together with a fuser so both machines can share a single display.

What does a fuser do?
A fuser merges the video output of two PCs onto one monitor, so you can see both systems on a single screen without a second display.

How do I request custom firmware?
After receiving your DMA card, open a ticket in our Discord server and our team will prepare your custom firmware.

Which fuser or Mini PC should I choose?
It depends on the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor. Each product page lists the supported resolutions. If you are unsure, ask us on Discord before ordering and we will point you to the right option.
